Years ago when I worked at Horne's Department Store I got notice that I would be assigned to the budget store. I knew that it was a busy area because everything was half off all the time. So with some trepidation I began working the registers down there.
The people who worked there were all nice and we all had some laughs throughout the day. Lines were frequently long but we could only wait on one person at a time and everybody was pretty agreeable.
So my trepidation was largely for naught and the training worked in my favor when I changed jobs and had similar conditions in the bank.
I was a little worried if we had saved enough money for the Hawaii trip. While the difficulties we had getting to Hawaii, it turned out I didn’t have anything to worry about after all since we were only there for 4 whole days and we were fine. Had we been there for a few more days, it would have been a little tighter for sure.
